Job Description
YachtCrew UK is inviting applications from qualified and experienced professionals for multiple positions aboard motor yachts operating worldwide.
We are seeking motivated candidates across deck operations, engineering, interior management, housekeeping, and guest services. Both experienced yacht crew and professionals with relevant luxury hospitality backgrounds are encouraged to apply for positions suited to their qualifications and experience.

Key Responsibilities
As per company policy, the main duties may include but are not limited to:
Captain and Deck Department
- Ensure safe vessel navigation and day-to-day operations in accordance with the assigned rank.
- Assist with passage planning, watchkeeping, and onboard safety procedures where applicable.
- Carry out deck maintenance, cleaning, and preservation.
- Support tender operations, mooring, anchoring, and guest activities as required.
- Perform carpentry, joinery, and general repairs where relevant to the position.
Engineering Department
- Maintain and monitor main engines, auxiliary machinery, and onboard technical systems.
- Perform preventive maintenance, inspections, and troubleshooting.
- Coordinate repairs and maintain accurate engineering records.
- Ensure safe and reliable operation of vessel machinery.
Interior Management & Guest Services
- Lead or support interior department operations and guest hospitality.
- Deliver professional food and beverage service.
- Coordinate household-style services, guest arrangements, and interior logistics.
- Maintain high standards of presentation, discretion, and guest satisfaction.
- Support the management and training of interior personnel where applicable.
Housekeeping Department
- Maintain guest cabins and interior areas to luxury standards.
- Organize cleaning schedules and oversee housekeeping duties as appropriate to the role.
- Manage linens, laundry, and fabric care.
- Monitor housekeeping supplies and report maintenance issues.
- Ensure hygiene, cleanliness, and respect for guest privacy.
Requirements
- Relevant professional qualifications and experience for the position applied for.
- Previous motor yacht experience preferred, especially for senior positions.
- Valid Certificate of Competency and relevant maritime qualifications for licensed officer positions.
- Valid STCW certificates and ENG1 medical certificate where required for the position.
- Strong technical skills for engineering and carpentry-related roles.
- Previous luxury hospitality, housekeeping, or yacht interior experience for relevant interior positions.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and teamwork skills.
- Good command of English.
- Professional attitude, discretion, and attention to detail.
- Ability to adapt to life and work onboard a motor yacht.
- Availability for worldwide assignments.
