Job Description

Silver Crews is recruiting experienced hospitality, service, medical, and culinary professionals for opportunities aboard luxury yachts ranging from 100m to 120m.

The team brings firsthand experience working on yachts and cruise ships, allowing Silver Crews to recruit professionals who understand the demands and standards of life onboard.

Candidates with relevant experience in luxury yacht service, spa operations, housekeeping, medical care, and high-end culinary service are invited to apply.

Open Positions

1. Head of Service

Yacht Size: 100m
Rotation: 2 months on / 2 months off
Salary: €6,000 per month

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and coordinate the onboard service team.
• Maintain exceptional service standards for owners and guests.
• Oversee formal dining, beverage service, and guest hospitality.
• Train and supervise service personnel.
• Coordinate with the Chief Stewardess and other departments to ensure seamless guest service.

2. Spa Manager

Yacht Size: 110m
Rotation: 2 months on / 2 months off
Salary: €6,000 per month

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage daily spa operations and wellness services onboard.
• Deliver professional treatments and maintain high service standards, according to qualifications.
• Maintain spa equipment, treatment areas, and hygiene standards.
• Coordinate guest appointments and personalized wellness experiences.
• Monitor supplies and ensure compliance with onboard procedures.

3. Chief Stewardess

Yacht Size: 120m
Rotation: 2 months on / 2 months off
Salary: To be confirmed

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the interior department and coordinate daily operations.
• Supervise service, housekeeping, and guest-related activities.
• Manage interior team schedules, training, and performance.
• Maintain luxury hospitality standards and ensure guest satisfaction.
• Coordinate with yacht management and other departments.

4. Doctor

Yacht Size: 100m
Rotation: 2 months on / 2 months off

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide professional medical care within the scope of current qualifications and licensing.
• Assess and manage medical concerns involving guests and crew.
• Maintain medical supplies, equipment, and confidential health records.
• Support medical emergency preparedness and onboard health procedures.
• Advise on appropriate medical referrals or evacuation when required.

5. Head Chef

Yacht Size: 100m
Rotation: 2 months on / 2 months off
Salary: To be confirmed

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and prepare high-quality cuisine tailored to guest preferences and dietary requirements.
• Develop menus using appropriate ingredients and seasonal produce.
• Manage galley operations, provisioning, and food inventory.
• Maintain food hygiene and health and safety standards.
• Coordinate with the interior team to deliver an excellent dining experience.

6. Housekeeping Stewardess

Yacht Size: 120m
Rotation: 4 months on / 2 months off
Salary: €3,400 per month

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain guest cabins, guest areas, and assigned interior spaces to luxury standards.
• Perform daily cleaning, turndown service, and detailed housekeeping.
• Handle linens, laundry, and guest items with care.
• Maintain housekeeping supplies and report maintenance issues.
• Follow onboard hygiene, presentation, and safety procedures.

7. Service Stewardess

Yacht Size: 100m
Rotation: 4 months on / 2 months off
Salary: €3,400 per month

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver professional food and beverage service to guests.
• Assist with table settings, formal dining, and event preparation.
• Maintain service areas and equipment to a high standard.
• Support the Head of Service and interior team during daily operations.
• Provide attentive, discreet, and personalized guest service.

General Requirements

• Relevant experience in the position applied for.
• Previous luxury yacht or cruise ship experience appropriate to the role.
• Professional communication and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and commitment to high hospitality standards.
• Ability to work effectively in an international team and adapt to life onboard.
• Valid professional qualifications and medical or maritime certificates where required for the specific position.
