Job Description:
Crew required for luxury Motor Yacht operations. The company is hiring experienced hospitality, deck, and engineering crew for private and charter yacht operations. Candidates with previous yacht or cruise hospitality experience, excellent service standards, and strong teamwork skills are preferred.

Key Responsibilities:
As per company policy, the main duties may include but are not limited to:
• Delivering high-standard guest hospitality and onboard service
• Performing deck operations, maintenance, and watchkeeping duties
• Engine room maintenance and machinery operation support
• Housekeeping, food preparation, and interior management onboard
• Ensuring safety, cleanliness, and smooth daily yacht operations

Requirements:
• Valid STCW certificates
• Medical fitness certificate
• Proficiency in English communication
• Previous Motor Yacht / Luxury Yacht experience preferred
• Valid CoC/CoP according to applied rank
• Professional appearance and guest service skills preferred

• Sole Chef — €5,500
• Bosun — €5,000
• Deckhand — €3,500
• 2nd Engineer — €7,500
• Steward / Stewardess — DOE
• Chief Steward / Stewardess — €6,000
