Job Description
We are currently recruiting experienced and professional crew members for positions onboard Motor Yachts operating worldwide.
We are seeking qualified candidates across the Deck, Galley and Interior Departments. Previous luxury yacht experience is preferred, together with the relevant maritime qualifications, professional skills and ability to work to high guest-service standards.

Key Responsibilities
Depending on the assigned position, duties may include:
- Ensure safe and efficient operation of the yacht.
- Carry out navigation, deck, maintenance and tender operations as applicable.
- Maintain the yacht's exterior and interior areas to luxury standards.
- Prepare high-quality meals for guests and crew.
- Provide exceptional housekeeping, laundry, service and guest-care standards.
- Supervise and coordinate departmental crew members where applicable.
- Maintain excellent standards of cleanliness, presentation and hygiene.
- Support guest activities, events and special requests.
- Follow yacht safety procedures, company policies and applicable maritime regulations.
- Participate in emergency drills and maintain a high standard of onboard safety.
- Work professionally and discreetly as part of a multinational yacht crew.
Requirements
General Requirements
- Previous experience in the same or similar position, preferably on Motor Yachts.
- Luxury yacht or high-end hospitality experience preferred.
- Valid STCW certificates, where applicable.
- Valid COC/COP or professional qualification appropriate to the position.
- Valid ENG1 or equivalent medical certificate, where applicable.
- Valid passport and seafarer's documents as required.
- Good command of English.
- Professional appearance and positive attitude.
- Excellent communication, teamwork and organizational skills.
- Strong attention to detail and guest-service orientation.
- Ability to work in a demanding luxury yacht environment.
- Additional position-specific qualifications may be required.
Position-Specific Requirements
Captain
- Valid Master / Yacht Captain qualification appropriate to the vessel.
- Proven command experience on Motor Yachts.
- Strong leadership, navigation and yacht-management skills.
Chief Officer
- Valid OOW / Chief Officer qualification as applicable.
- Previous senior deck experience on Motor Yachts.
- Strong knowledge of deck operations and safety management.
Bosun
- Proven experience supervising deck crew.
- Strong deck maintenance, mooring and tender-operation skills.
- Crane, Powerboat or watersports qualifications are an advantage.
Deckhand
- Previous yacht deck experience preferred.
- Knowledge of exterior maintenance, tenders and water toys.
- Relevant watersports qualifications are an advantage.
Sole Chef
- Professional culinary qualifications.
- Strong fine-dining and international cuisine experience.
- Ability to independently manage the yacht galley and cater to guest preferences.
Chief Steward(ess)
- Previous Chief Steward(ess) or senior interior experience.
- Strong leadership and luxury guest-service skills.
- Excellent knowledge of housekeeping, service and interior operations.
Head of Housekeeping
- Previous senior housekeeping experience on luxury yachts or high-end hospitality.
- Strong organizational and team-management skills.
- Excellent knowledge of laundry, housekeeping and interior presentation.
Sole Steward(ess)
- Strong all-round interior, housekeeping and service experience.
- Ability to manage the interior department independently.
Service Steward(ess)
- Previous luxury yacht or fine-dining hospitality experience.
- Excellent food, beverage and guest-service skills.
Steward(ess)
- Previous yacht interior or luxury hospitality experience.
- Strong housekeeping, laundry and guest-service skills.
Cook / Crew Chef
- Previous crew-catering or yacht cooking experience.
- Relevant culinary / food-safety qualifications.
- Ability to prepare nutritious and varied meals for crew.
