Job Description:
We are currently recruiting experienced crew for luxury motor yachts operating worldwide. Positions are open across deck, engine, and interior departments. Candidates should be professional, well-presented, and experienced in yacht or hospitality environments. Key Responsibilities:
As per company policy, the main duties may include but are not limited to:
• Maintain cleanliness, safety, and presentation standards onboard
• Assist in navigation, watchkeeping, and deck operations (deck crew)
• Provide high-level guest service and hospitality (interior crew)
• Prepare meals and manage galley operations (chef roles)
• Support engineering operations and maintenance of machinery (engine crew)
Requirements:
• Valid STCW certificates
• Medical fitness certificate (ENG1 or equivalent)
• Good English communication skills
• Previous experience on yachts or similar vessels preferred
• Professional appearance and strong teamwork skills
