Job Description

Nimbus Marine Group is inviting applications from suitable candidates for the position of Steward onboard an Offshore Construction Vessel operating in Sabah, Malaysia.

The Steward will support onboard hospitality and housekeeping services, help maintain clean accommodation and common areas, and assist with meal service as required.

Key Responsibilities

As per company policy, the main duties may include but are not limited to:

• Maintain cleanliness in crew accommodation and common areas.
• Assist with meal service and dining-area preparation.
• Support laundry and housekeeping duties as required.
• Maintain hygiene and cleanliness in assigned work areas.
• Follow onboard health, safety, and sanitation procedures.

Requirements

• Previous experience as a Steward or in hospitality, housekeeping, or catering; vessel experience is preferred.
• Knowledge of cleaning, hygiene, and sanitation practices.
• Valid medical fitness certificate and required seafarer’s documents.
• Valid passport.
• Good English communication skills.
• Ability to work as part of a team in an offshore environment.
• Availability for the November 2026 – January 2027 assignment.
• Sabahan crew candidates are sought for this opportunity.
