2nd Steward(ess) for Motor Yacht

We are looking for an experienced 2nd Steward(ess) to join a private or charter motor yacht. The candidate will support the Chief Steward(ess) in managing interior operations, maintaining service standards, and delivering an exceptional guest experience.

Key Responsibilities:

As per company policy, the main duties may include but are not limited to:

• Assisting with daily interior operations and guest services
• Supervising and supporting junior interior crew
• Maintaining high standards of housekeeping and presentation
• Providing professional food and beverage service
• Supporting the Chief Steward(ess) with interior organization and coordination

Requirements:

• Valid STCW certificates
• Medical fitness certificate
• Proficiency in English communication
• Previous experience as 2nd Steward(ess) or in a similar position on private or charter motor yachts
