Job Description

BHN Offshore is seeking an experienced Messman / Steward to join its fleet of tugboats and crewboats operating in Abu Dhabi, UAE.

Candidates with previous maritime experience and the ability to work in a multinational crew environment are encouraged to apply. The successful candidate will help maintain high standards of onboard housekeeping, cleanliness, and catering support.

Key Responsibilities

As per company policy, the main duties may include but are not limited to:

• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in crew accommodation and common areas.
• Assist with meal service and dining-area preparation.
• Support galley operations and catering activities as required.
• Perform housekeeping and laundry duties where applicable.
• Follow onboard hygiene, health, and safety procedures.
• Cooperate effectively with a multinational crew.

Requirements

• Previous experience as a Messman or Steward onboard vessels is preferred.
• Experience working with a multinational crew.
• Good English communication skills.
• Valid STCW certificates, as required for the position and vessel.
• Valid medical fitness certificate.
• Valid passport and seafarer’s documents.
• Ability to work as part of a team and maintain professional onboard standards.
• Availability to join the vessel as required by the company.
