Job Description

BSM is looking for an experienced Lead Steward to coordinate housekeeping and stewarding services in an offshore environment. The successful candidate will help maintain accommodation cleanliness, organize daily duties, and ensure that high standards of hygiene and onboard service are consistently achieved.

Key Responsibilities

As per company policy, the main duties may include but are not limited to:

• Coordinate daily housekeeping and stewarding activities.
• Assign duties and support other stewarding personnel.
• Maintain cleanliness in accommodation areas and shared facilities.
• Monitor cleaning supplies and report replenishment requirements.
• Ensure compliance with hygiene, sanitation, and offshore safety procedures.

Requirements

• Previous offshore experience is mandatory.
• Relevant housekeeping or stewarding experience.
• Previous supervisory experience is an advantage.
• Good organizational, teamwork, and communication skills.
• Knowledge of hygiene, sanitation, and safe working practices.
• Valid STCW certificates, medical certificate, and other required seafarer documents, where applicable.
• A valid Schengen visa is an advantage.
