Job Description:

Phoenix Yacht Management is seeking an experienced and professional Housekeeping Steward(ess) to join a well-managed 80m+ private motor yacht currently based in the UAE.

This is an excellent opportunity for a candidate looking for stability and long-term employment within a well-established yacht with a healthy and supportive crew culture.

The successful candidate will join the Interior Department, working closely with the Head of House and Chief Stewardess to maintain exceptional interior standards throughout the vessel.

Key Responsibilities:

As per yacht/company policy, the main duties may include but are not limited to:

•  Maintaining guest and crew areas to the highest housekeeping standards. 
•  Assisting the Head of House and Chief Stewardess with daily interior operations. 
•  Cleaning, organizing, and maintaining cabins, public areas, and service spaces. 
•  Ensuring excellent presentation and attention to detail throughout the yacht. 
•  Assisting with laundry and other interior duties as required. 
•  Maintaining discretion and a high level of professionalism around the Owner and guests. 

Requirements:

•  Minimum 2–3 seasons of yacht experience. 
•  Previous experience on 60m+ motor yachts required. 
•  Strong housekeeping skills and confidence in all aspects of interior housekeeping. 
•  Excellent attention to detail and high standards of presentation. 
•  Professional, reliable, and team-oriented attitude. 
•  Ability to work effectively within an established Interior Department. 
•  Valid STCW certificates, where applicable. 
•  Valid medical fitness certificate. 
•  Good English communication skills. 
•  Candidates should be available to join in September/October 2026.
