Job Description

A-Z Yachting is seeking an experienced Chief Steward(ess) to lead the interior department and ensure exceptional hospitality and housekeeping standards onboard. The successful candidate will coordinate interior operations and deliver professional service to owners and guests.

Key Responsibilities

As per company policy, the main duties may include but are not limited to:

• Manage and supervise the interior team.
• Coordinate guest service, table settings, and onboard hospitality.
• Oversee housekeeping, laundry, and interior presentation.
• Manage interior inventories and provisions.
• Maintain high standards of discretion, cleanliness, and guest satisfaction.

Requirements

• Previous experience as a Chief Steward(ess) or in a senior yacht interior position.
• Strong hospitality, service, and housekeeping skills.
• Excellent English communication and leadership abilities.
• Knowledge of professional service standards, table settings, and wine service is an advantage.
• Valid STCW certificates and medical certificate, as applicable.
• Professional, discreet, and well-organized approach to guest service.
