Job Description:

Phoenix Yacht Management is currently seeking a mature, responsible, and well-organized 2nd Steward(ess) to join a 55m motor yacht operating in Turkey.

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 seasons of experience in a similar role or previous Sole Steward(ess) experience. The successful candidate should be confident, calm, hands-on, and have a strong understanding of all aspects of interior operations.

Key Responsibilities:

As per yacht/company policy, the main duties may include but are not limited to:

•  Supporting breakfast, lunch, and dinner service according to the yacht's schedule. 
•  Maintaining high standards of housekeeping, cleanliness, organization, and presentation. 
•  Carrying out laundry duties, including garment care, ironing, folding, and wardrobe management. 
•  Preparing and serving cocktails confidently for guests. 
•  Supporting the Chief Steward(ess) and wider Interior Department with daily operations. 
•  Maintaining a professional, discreet, and guest-focused approach at all times. 

Requirements:

•  Minimum 2 seasons of experience in a similar position or previous Sole Steward(ess) experience. 
•  Strong housekeeping skills and exceptional attention to detail. 
•  Proven laundry experience, including garment care, ironing, folding, and wardrobe management. 
•  Good knowledge of cocktails and confidence in cocktail preparation. 
•  Experience with formal and informal guest service. 
•  Mature, responsible, calm, and well-organized personality. 
•  Hands-on approach and ability to work effectively as part of an Interior team. 
•  Valid STCW certificates, where applicable. 
•  Valid medical fitness certificate. 
•  Good English communication skills.
