Hello Sailor is recruiting an established couple for approximately 2:2 rotation. Joining: late January 2027 in the Caribbean, followed by Pacific cruising. The temporary rotational assignment is expected to run until November 2027. Salary not disclosed. Published: 14 October 2026.

• Experience running a yacht together and at least three years in the industry, including sailing yachts.
• Captain: Yachtmaster Ocean or Master 200; strong Yachtmaster Offshore candidates with ocean passages may be considered.
• Chef: high-level yacht cooking and remote provisioning ability.

Strong sailing, crew management, organisation and guest interaction skills required.
