Chief Officer - 9000 – 10,000 USD

Service Stewardess - 3500-4500 eur DOE
2x Chief Stew - 8000 USD
Deckhand - 3250 EUR
Temporary Deckhand - 3500 – 4000 DOE
Deck Carpenter - USD DOE
Female Deckhand - USD DOE
Experienced Deckhand - $3,500
2x 2nd Stew  – 4500 -  5000 eur


Requirements:
 Previous experience in the same rank on yachts or luxury hospitality environment
 Valid STCW certification and seafarer documentation (for maritime roles)
 Relevant licenses/certifications for specialized roles (engineering, diving, spa, etc.)
 Valid passport and medical certificate
 Excellent English communication skills (additional languages are an advantage)
 Strong guest service skills and attention to detail
 Ability to work in a multinational crew environment
 Professional appearance, discretion, and positive attitude
 Flexibility to work long hours and adapt to charter schedules
 
Employment Details:
