We are currently recruiting an experienced Deck Supervisor for an offshore Cable Lay project operating in the United Kingdom sector. The role involves supervising all deck activities related to cable installation operations, ensuring safe execution, compliance with company procedures, and effective coordination of deck teams.
This project requires a highly competent Deck Supervisor with strong leadership skills and proven cable laying experience. The position is rotational and scheduled to commence in April.

As per company policy, the main duties may include but are not limited to:
• Supervision and coordination of all deck operations during cable laying activities
• Ensuring deck operations are conducted safely and in compliance with project procedures
• Leading and supervising deck crew, including crane and rigging teams
• Conducting toolbox talks, risk assessments, and safety briefings
• Monitoring deck equipment condition and reporting maintenance requirements

• Valid STCW certificates
• Valid medical fitness certificate
• Minimum 2–3 years proven experience in cable laying operations as Deck Supervisor
• Full GWO certification
• BOSIET with CA-EBS
• British National or valid UK Right to Work (RTW)
• Proficiency in English communication
• Contract Duration: 5 weeks on / 5 weeks off rotation
• Start Date: April
