Job Description:
Select Offshore is currently seeking an experienced Lift Supervisor to join a Jack-Up Vessel supporting offshore operations. The successful candidate will be responsible for supervising and coordinating lifting activities onboard, ensuring all operations are carried out safely, efficiently, and in full compliance with offshore lifting regulations and company procedures.
The position is scheduled to commence from 14th March with a 5 weeks on / 5 weeks off rotation (+/-). Candidates must have proven offshore lifting supervision experience and hold all required certifications.

Key Responsibilities:
As per company policy, the main duties may include but are not limited to:
• Plan, supervise, and coordinate all lifting operations onboard the Jack-Up vessel
• Ensure lifting activities comply with approved lifting plans and risk assessments
• Conduct toolbox talks and safety briefings prior to lifting operations
• Verify certification and inspection status of lifting equipment and personnel
• Maintain clear communication between crane operators, riggers, and deck crew

Requirements:
• Valid STCW certificates (where applicable)
• Valid Medical fitness certificate
• Proficiency in English communication
• Full GWO certification
• BOSIET with CA-EBS
• Blue CPCS Card
• Chester Step test
• Proven experience as Lift Supervisor on offshore projects or Jack-Up vessels
