Technical Positions - tugs and crew vessels

I am recruiting for two roles at present for a Chief Engineer with some shorebased experience with tugs and crew boats. They are as follows:

Technical Superintendent - 8 week back to back rotation in East Africa. USD 330 per day while on.
Technical Superintendent - residential in India. Salary of USD 5000 per month.
