*ROV Pilot Technician vacancy on Heavy-Lift/Construction vessels*
We have a ROV Pilot Technician vacancy on offshore construction vessel with one of our clients.
Rolling contract, starting ASAP, 35/35 rotations, salary which will be subject to deductions at source (PAYE)
TBC/negotiable, vessel operating in UK waters.
Position
ROV Pilot Technician Expert: min 4 years experience, over 300-400 flying hours and 500 days offshore
Mission
Carry out ROV Equipment maintenance activities and operations, in compliance with approved
specifications/operative procedures, with a high quality and in compliance with company safety procedures and legislation relating to Subsea Remote Equipment Systems
Tasks
Maintain and operate the complete ROV System including the ROV, TMS, winch, A-frame, etc.
Find faults on all ROV Equipment mechanical / hydraulic / electronic / electrical / control sub-system
Carry out ROV piloting activities
Mobilise and demobilise ROV systems on-board vessels and barges
Produce ROV dive logs (written/oral/video) for presentation to client
Be experienced as a minimum of 4 years trade background as electrician, mechanic or marine engineer as entry level and knowledge of mechanical / hydraulic / electronic / electrical / control sub-systems
Requirements
Offshore experience innovator experience
Schilling HD experience
ROV experience, such as Triton XI, XLX, XLS systems
Pilot Technician Level 1 - Exp required Entry level or up to 2 year
Pilot Technician Level 2 - Exp required 3-4 years
Pilot Technician Level 3 - Exp required 5 years
