About the Role:
We are looking for a skilled and dedicated Hoisting Operator to support offshore operations. You will operate winches & auxiliary equipment for connecting and lowering tunnel elements with Immersion pontoons in thenthe site of Northern Europe's biggest construction project!
Key Responsibilities:
Operate winches from the control room
Manage hoisting frames from control room & TE root
Operate various davits as required v Assist the Barge Master in ballast operations
Conduct daily safety checks & briefings
Use Sertica software for maintenance & records
Handle work permits, risk assessments, & MWS instructions
Work effectively in an international offshore team
requirements: • 3+ years of marine experience (2nd Officer in offshore heavy lift ops, crane driver, winch operator, etc.)
• Strong technical & problem-solving skills
• Familiar with computer-based maintenance programs
• Experience in complex lifting & mooring operations
• Excellent teamwork, communication & conflict resolution skills
