Job Description:
WRS – Worldwide Recruitment Solutions is currently recruiting an experienced Oiler to join a Jack-Up for a voyage from Curaçao to the United States.
Joining is required ASAP for a contract of approximately 3–4 weeks. The successful candidate will assist the engine department with machinery operation, maintenance, and engine room housekeeping while ensuring safe and efficient vessel operations. A valid U.S. visa is required for this assignment.
Key Responsibilities:
As per company policy, the main duties may include but are not limited to:
Assist engineers with engine room maintenance and repairs.
Monitor and maintain machinery and auxiliary equipment.
Perform routine lubrication and engine room housekeeping.
Report equipment defects and assist during maintenance activities.
Follow company safety procedures and engine room operational standards.
Requirements:
Valid Certificate of Competency (COC)
Valid STCW certificates
Medical Fitness Certificate
Valid Passport
Valid Seaman's Book
Valid U.S. Visa (mandatory)
Proficiency in English communication
