Job Description:
We are currently seeking experienced Motormen (Engine Watch Ratings) to join Offshore Construction Barges and various construction vessels operating on international projects worldwide. The fleet includes crane vessels, heavy-lift vessels, pipelay vessels, and offshore barges supporting major offshore construction and installation operations. Successful candidates will be responsible for assisting with engine room operations, maintenance activities, and ensuring the safe and efficient performance of onboard machinery.

Key Responsibilities:
As per company policy, the main duties may include but are not limited to:
• Assisting engineering officers in the operation and maintenance of machinery and equipment
• Conducting routine engine room inspections and reporting defects
• Monitoring machinery performance during watchkeeping duties
• Supporting preventive maintenance and repair activities
• Ensuring compliance with safety, environmental, and company procedures

Requirements:
• Valid STCW certificates
• Medical fitness certificate
• Proficiency in English communication
• Valid Motorman Certificate of Proficiency (COP)
• Valid BOSIET certificate
• Previous experience onboard offshore construction vessels, barges, crane vessels, heavy-lift vessels, or pipelay vessels preferred

• Contract Duration: 12-month rolling contract
• Rotation: 165/30 or 56/28, depending on project location
