We are currently seeking an experienced Motorman for an SCOV DP2 vessel operating in the North Sea region. The contract duration is 6 ± 2 weeks with an expected joining date on the 20th of May. The company is considering only EU Nationals holding a valid UK Work Permit or Ukrainian candidates under UK protection status.
The successful candidate must possess a valid First Class Motorman License and HUET with CA-EBS certification. Candidates should have a minimum of 12 months of recent onboard experience in the rank of Motorman on similar vessel types.
As per company policy, the main duties may include but are not limited to:
• Assisting engine room operations and machinery maintenance
• Monitoring and maintaining mechanical and auxiliary equipment
• Supporting engineers during repair and maintenance work
• Ensuring engine room cleanliness and safety standards
• Participating in emergency drills and safety procedures onboard
• Valid STCW certificates
• Valid Medical Fitness Certificate
• Valid First Class Motorman License
• Valid HUET with CA-EBS certificate
• Proficiency in English communication
• Only EU Nationals with valid UK Work Permit or Ukrainians under UK protection status
• Minimum 12 months of experience as Motorman on similar SCOV DP2 or offshore vessel types
• Contract Duration: 6 ± 2 weeks
