Job Description:
OSM Thome is currently recruiting an experienced Motorman / Oiler to join an Offshore Platform Supply Vessel (PSV) operating in UK waters. The successful candidate will support the engine room team in maintaining the safe and efficient operation of the vessel's machinery and equipment while ensuring compliance with company procedures and international maritime standards.

Key Responsibilities:
As per company policy, the main duties may include but are not limited to:
Assist engineers with the operation and maintenance of main and auxiliary engines.
Carry out routine engine room rounds, inspections, and basic troubleshooting.
Perform lubrication, greasing, cleaning, and routine maintenance of machinery.
Follow the planned maintenance system and accurately record machinery readings.
Support bunkering operations and engine room watchkeeping when required.
Comply with all onboard safety, environmental, and company procedures.
Requirements:
Valid STCW certificates.
Valid medical fitness certificate.
Engine Room Watch Rating (ERWR) or equivalent qualification.
Previous experience as a Motorman / Oiler, preferably onboard Offshore or Platform Supply Vessels .
Proficiency in spoken and written English.
Strong commitment to safety and ability to work effectively in a multicultural crew.
