Job Description:
Faststream is currently recruiting an experienced Motorman to join a DP2 MPSV operating in UK waters. This is an immediate requirement for a short-term contract from 2 September to 25 September 2026.
Open Position:
• Motorman
Key Responsibilities:
• Assisting with the operation and maintenance of main and auxiliary machinery
• Carrying out routine engine room duties and equipment checks
• Supporting engineers with maintenance and repair activities
• Maintaining engine room cleanliness and safe working conditions
• Following vessel, company, and HSE procedures
Requirements:
• Proven experience as a Motorman
• Previous experience on MPSV / DP2 vessels preferred
• Valid STCW and relevant maritime certificates
• Valid medical certificate and seafarer documentation
• Availability for immediate mobilisation
• UK residents – UK tax applicable
