3-5 years’ experience in HR Related field
5 years’ experience Recruitment/Talent Acquisition experience
Solid skills leading Managerial Experience Crewing / Recruitment / Talent Acquisition (3+ years)
Ability to multitask and support multiple projects
Maritime Experience
Critical thinker and problem-solving skills
Team Player
Excellent Communication Skills and ability to communicate virtually
Computer skills: Microsoft office
Working with employees/employer subject to a collective bargaining agreement is preferred
HRIS Experience is preferred.
