Qualifications
EDUCATION: Bachelor's degree from a Maritime Academy with an USCG License. At least 10 years in the maritime industry may substitute for degree.
EXPERIENCE: 5 or more years as a sailing officer or academy graduate with 2 years sailing.
TECHNICAL PROFICIENCY: Proficient in Microsoft Office products, including Excel, Outlook and Word.
COMPETENCIES: Ability to apply skill sets and demonstrate proven experience developing, improving and streamlining processes to meet established goals and objectives. Ability to effectively manage projects that may vary in nature and scope.
