SEABIRD SHIP MANAGEMENT INC. is currently recruiting qualified and experienced offshore personnel to join Self-Propelled Jack-Up Barges (SPJUB) operating in international offshore oil and gas projects.

Selected candidates will be responsible for supporting offshore vessel operations, deck activities, crane lifting operations, navigation watchkeeping, engine room maintenance, and electrical system management in accordance with company procedures, STCW requirements, and international offshore safety standards.

This opportunity is ideal for offshore professionals with strong experience on SPJUB, AHTS, or other offshore support vessels and readiness for immediate deployment.

Key Responsibilities

Duties may include, but are not limited to:

• Supporting offshore vessel operations and deck activities
• Performing mooring, anchoring, lifting, and cargo handling operations
• Operating offshore cranes safely and efficiently (Crane Operator)
• Standing navigational watches and maintaining communication systems (2M/RO)
• Maintaining and repairing electrical and electronic systems (ETO)
• Supporting engine room operations, machinery maintenance, and repair (Oiler)
• Conducting routine inspection, maintenance, and housekeeping duties
• Ensuring compliance with company safety policies, STCW, ISM Code, and offshore regulations
• Maintaining clear communication and teamwork onboard

Requirements

• Minimum 36–48 months sea service experience on offshore vessels
• Experience on Self-Propelled Jack-Up Barges (SPJUB) or AHTS vessels preferred
• Valid STCW certificates relevant to the applied position
• Valid Certificate of Competency or rating certification (as applicable)
• Valid Seaman’s Book and Passport
• Valid Medical Fitness Certificate
• Strong safety awareness and offshore operational knowledge
• Good English communication skills
• Ability to work in rotational offshore assignments
