Eligibility & Requirements
Candidates must meet the following criteria:
Proven experience in dredging operations
Previous ADNOC project experience (mandatory)
Valid STCW certificates relevant to the applied rank

Strong safety awareness and ability to work in offshore environments
Good communication skills and teamwork attitude
