Set Crew for MPSV Vessels (Worldwide)

Job Description:

We are currently hiring qualified and experienced professionals for MPSV (Multi-Purpose Support Vessel) vessels. Our client operates a modern fleet supporting offshore construction, subsea operations, and ROV activities worldwide. Candidates must hold valid documentation and have relevant MPSV or similar offshore experience.

Key Responsibilities:

As per company policy and rank, the main duties may include but are not limited to:

Captain / Chief Mate / SDPO / JDPO:

· Safe navigation, dynamic positioning operations, and vessel management
· Compliance with all safety management systems, ISM, and client HSEQ requirements

Bosun / Able Seaman / Deck Foreman / Rigger / Crane Operator:

· Deck operations, mooring, rigging, lifting, and routine maintenance
· Safe operation of cranes (Crane Operator)

Chief Engineer / Second Engineer / Third Engineer / ETO / Crane Technician:

· Management of engine room operations and maintenance of propulsion and auxiliary machinery
· Electrical and electronic systems maintenance (ETO)
· Crane system maintenance and repair (Crane Technician)

ROV Pilot-Technician / ROV Supervisor / ROV Superintendent / ROV Tooling Technician / Subsea Surveyor (ROV) / ROV Coordinator:

· Operation, maintenance, and supervision of ROV systems and subsea equipment
· ROV tooling, survey coordination, and subsea project support

Cook / Steward:

· Meal preparation, food stock management, hygiene compliance, and catering support

Shift Supervisor / Offshore Construction Manager:

· Supervision of offshore construction activities and shift management
· Coordination of project operations and crew management

General Requirements (all positions):

· Valid STCW certificates as per rank
· Valid Medical Certificate (ENG1 or offshore equivalent)
· Valid Seaman's Book and Passport
· Proficiency in English communication (verbal and written)
· Experience: Proven experience on MPSV, OSV, or similar offshore vessels in a similar position
· DPO positions: Valid DP certificate required
· Crane Operator: Valid Stage 3 Crane Operator certificate required
· ROV positions: Valid ROV certification and experience required
