Key Responsibilities:
As per company policy and rank, the main duties may include but are not limited to:
Position Key Responsibilities
Master Command of the floating crane vessel, safe navigation, and overall vessel management
Chief Officer (CO) Deck operations, cargo/crane planning, safety compliance, and supervision of deck crew
Second Officer (2O) Bridge watchkeeping, navigation, and maintenance of navigational equipment
Chief Engineer (CE) Management of engine room operations, maintenance of propulsion and auxiliary machinery
Second Engineer (2E) Assist Chief Engineer with engine room operations and planned maintenance
Third Engineer (3E) Engine room watchkeeping and routine maintenance of machinery
Able Seaman (AB) Deck watchkeeping, mooring operations, and routine maintenance
Oiler Engine room watchkeeping, lubrication, and maintenance of mechanical equipment
Cook Meal preparation, food stock management, hygiene compliance, and catering support

Requirements:
Position Key Requirements
Master Valid Master COC, experience on floating crane or similar vessels
Chief Officer (CO) Valid CO COC, experience on floating crane or similar vessels
Second Officer (2O) Valid 2O COC, relevant experience
Chief Engineer (CE) Valid CE COC, experience on floating crane or similar vessels
Second Engineer (2E) Valid 2E COC, relevant experience
Third Engineer (3E) Valid 3E COC, relevant experience
Able Seaman (AB) Valid AB COC, relevant deck experience
Oiler Valid Oiler rating, engine room experience
Cook Valid Cook COC, hygiene certificate, catering experience
General Requirements (all positions):
· Valid STCW certificates as per rank
· Valid Medical Certificate (ENG1 or equivalent)
· Valid Seaman's Book and Passport
· Proficiency in English communication (verbal and written)
· Availability: Ready to join as soon as possible
