Job Description
A leading dredging company is currently seeking qualified and experienced maritime professionals for deployment onboard a Cutter Suction Dredger (CSD) Vessel operating in European waters.
Selected candidates will support dredging operations, vessel navigation, machinery maintenance, dredge production activities, pipe handling operations, deck maintenance, and onboard hospitality services while ensuring compliance with international maritime safety regulations and dredging industry standards.
This opportunity is ideal for professionals with previous dredger vessel experience and strong knowledge of dredging operations.

Job Responsibilities
- Support safe and efficient dredging operations
- Conduct navigation and watchkeeping duties
- Operate and monitor dredging equipment and production systems
- Maintain engine room machinery and vessel equipment
- Perform pipe handling, rigging, and dredging support activities
- Carry out deck maintenance and mooring operations
- Support onboard catering and accommodation services
- Ensure compliance with HSE policies and maritime regulations
- Participate in emergency drills and safety programs
- Maintain operational readiness and teamwork onboard
Requirements
- Previous experience in the same rank onboard Cutter Suction Dredger or similar dredging vessels preferred
- Valid STCW certification package
- Valid Certificate of Competency (CoC) for officer and engineer positions
- Relevant technical qualifications for dredging and operational positions
- Valid passport, seaman book, and medical certificate
- Good English communication skills
- Strong safety awareness and operational competence
- Experience in dredging, marine construction, and offshore operations is an advantage
- Ability to work effectively in multinational crews
