• Perform assigned duties according to rank and role on board the vessel
• Ensure safe and efficient vessel operations during cable lay projects
• Comply with international maritime regulations and company safety standards
• Support teamwork and operational excellence across departments

• Valid STCW certificates appropriate to rank
• Medical fitness certificate
• Proficiency in English communication
• Relevant offshore or vessel-specific experience preferred
