Job Description:
DOF Management is inviting expressions of interest from qualified and experienced Ratings to join its fleet of modern Offshore Support Vessels (OSVs) operating in the North Sea and worldwide. The company is seeking motivated maritime professionals for future offshore assignments with stable rotation schedules on advanced offshore vessels.

- Ordinary Seaman (OS)
- Bosun
- Motorman
- Oiler
- Fitter
- Wiper
- Crane Operator
- Deck Mechanic
- Engine Room Rating (ERR)
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform deck or engine room duties according to the assigned position.
- Assist with vessel maintenance, cargo handling, mooring, anchoring, and offshore operations.
- Carry out routine inspections and maintenance of machinery and equipment.
- Support safe offshore operations in accordance with company HSE policies.
- Ensure compliance with STCW requirements, company procedures, and international maritime regulations.
- Work efficiently as part of a multinational offshore crew.
Requirements:
- Valid STCW Basic Safety Training certificate.
- Valid STCW Security Duties certificate.
- Valid Seafarer's Medical Certificate.
- Valid Passport.
- Previous offshore experience in the applied rank is preferred.
- Good English communication skills.
- Ability to work onboard modern offshore support vessels in an international environment.
