Positions for Tug Boat (Qatar)

Job Description:

Our company is seeking experienced and motivated seafarers to join our fleet of Tug Boats and Crew/Pilot Boats operating in Qatari waters. We offer structured rotational schedules and competitive day rates for qualified candidates.

Key Responsibilities:

As per company policy, the main duties may include but are not limited to:

· Safely and efficiently operating the vessel according to the Master's/Skipper's commands.

· Performing navigation, watchkeeping, and vessel handling duties as required by rank.

· Conducting routine maintenance, inspections, and repairs on deck or engine room equipment.

· Ensuring all operations comply with company safety and environmental policies.

· Managing cargo, towage, and crew transfer operations as applicable to the vessel type.

Requirements:

· Valid STCW certificates.

· Medical fitness certificate.

· Proficiency in English communication.

· Previous experience in a similar rank and on similar vessel types (Tug Boats, Crew/Pilot Boats).

Employment Details:

1. For Tug Boat Positions:

· Contract Rotation:

  · Officers & Engineers: 18 weeks on / 9 weeks off

  · Ratings: 24 weeks on / 8 weeks off

· Salary (Day Rates):

2. For Crew/Pilot Boat Positions:

· Positions: Skipper, Mechanic, Ratings

· Contract Rotation: 24 weeks on / 8 weeks off

· Salary: Competitive, based on experience and position.
