Job Description

Jesseena Marine Services Pvt. Ltd. is urgently seeking experienced maritime professionals to join crew boats and work boats.

Applications are invited from qualified candidates for deck, engine, and galley department positions. Applicants must have relevant vessel experience, valid professional certificates, and the ability to work effectively onboard.

Available Positions

1. Able Seaman (AB) with COP

• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience.
• Valid Certificate of Proficiency (COP) required.

2. Oiler with COP

• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience.
• Valid Certificate of Proficiency (COP) required.

3. Chief Cook

• Experienced Chief Cook required for crew boats and work boats.
• Previous experience in marine catering is preferred.

4. Cook with COC

• Valid Certificate of Competency (COC) required.
• Experience preparing Continental and Arabic cuisine is essential.

Key Responsibilities

As per company policy, the main duties may include but are not limited to:

• Able Seaman: Carrying out deck operations, maintenance, mooring, and watchkeeping duties as assigned.
• Oiler: Assisting with engine-room operations, machinery maintenance, inspections, and routine servicing.
• Chief Cook: Managing galley operations, planning menus, preparing meals, and maintaining food hygiene standards.
• Cook: Preparing Continental and Arabic dishes, maintaining galley cleanliness, and ensuring proper food storage and handling.
• Following onboard safety procedures and company policies.
• Working effectively with other crew members to support safe vessel operations.

Requirements

• Relevant experience on crew boats, work boats, or similar vessels.
• Able Seaman: Minimum 2 years of relevant experience and valid COP.
• Oiler: Minimum 2 years of relevant experience and valid COP.
• Cook: Valid COC and experience preparing Continental and Arabic cuisine.
• Chief Cook: Previous experience in a similar galley position.
• Valid seafarer documents and applicable certificates.
• Medical fitness for sea service.
• Good communication skills and ability to work as part of a team.
