Job Description
Setya Dharma Group is urgently recruiting experienced Indonesian seafarers to join a Floating Crane Vessel for an offshore project in Guinea, West Africa.
The company is seeking qualified marine, engineering, deck, lifting, and technical personnel with previous floating crane experience to support safe and efficient offshore marine operations.
Successful candidates will join a multinational crew and contribute to lifting, cargo handling, vessel operations, and maintenance while maintaining full compliance with international maritime and offshore safety standards.

Job Responsibilities
Depending on rank, duties may include:
- Perform duties according to assigned position and company procedures.
- Support offshore lifting, cargo handling, navigation, engineering, or maintenance operations.
- Maintain machinery, deck equipment, and crane systems.
- Participate in mooring, loading, unloading, and offshore support activities.
- Ensure compliance with company HSE procedures and international maritime regulations.
- Participate in emergency drills and safety meetings.
- Maintain operational readiness throughout the project.
- Work effectively within a multinational offshore team.
Requirements
General Requirements
- Indonesian nationality.
- Previous experience on Floating Crane operations is mandatory.
- Previous offshore experience in Africa is required.
- Maximum age: 45 years.
- Good English communication skills.
- Valid STCW 2010 certification package.
- Valid Passport, Seaman's Book, and Medical Certificate.
- All certificates and documents must remain valid until 2028.
- Strong safety awareness and teamwork skills.
