Job Description:

A leading marine and offshore company is currently recruiting experienced professionals to join Marine & Offshore and Barge Construction Projects worldwide.

The company is seeking qualified candidates with strong backgrounds in offshore construction, vessel operations, marine engineering, and fleet management.

Successful candidates will contribute to safe and efficient project execution, supporting offshore construction activities, vessel operations, technical management, and marine services while maintaining compliance with international maritime regulations, HSE standards, and company procedures.

 • Third Engineer / Officer of the Watch (OOW)
 • Electro-Technical Officer (ETO)
 • Marine Mechanic

Key Responsibilities:

As per company policy, the main duties may include but are not limited to:

• Perform duties according to assigned position and project requirements
 • Support offshore construction, marine operations, and vessel activities
 • Ensure safe and efficient operation of vessels, barges, and marine equipment
 • Carry out maintenance, inspections, and technical operations as required
 • Ensure compliance with SOLAS, MARPOL, STCW, ISM Code, Class, and HSE procedures
 • Participate in safety meetings, risk assessments, and emergency drills
 • Work effectively within multinational offshore and marine teams

Requirements:

• 5–10 years of experience in Marine & Offshore industries preferred
 • Previous experience in offshore construction, vessel operations, marine transportation, or fleet management
 • Relevant maritime certifications and qualifications according to the applied position
 • Valid STCW certification package where applicable
 • Valid Certificate of Competency (CoC) for officer and engineer positions
 • Valid passport and medical fitness certificate
 • Experience with offshore construction vessels, barges, or marine projects preferred
 • Good English communication skills
 • Strong safety awareness, teamwork, and leadership abilities
