Job Description

Shipworkz is expanding its talent pool and currently seeking qualified and experienced maritime and offshore professionals to join Accommodation Vessels supporting offshore operations.

Selected candidates will be responsible for vessel operations, technical maintenance, deck activities, crane and lifting operations, engine room support, and catering services in accordance with company procedures, Saudi Aramco requirements, STCW regulations, and international offshore safety standards.

This opportunity is ideal for professionals with offshore vessel experience, strong safety awareness, and the ability to work efficiently in a multinational offshore environment.

Key Responsibilities

Duties may include, but are not limited to:

Deck and Crane Operations

• Performing mooring, anchoring, and deck operations
• Supporting offshore lifting and crane operations
• Maintaining deck equipment and safety gear
• Assisting with vessel operational activities

Engine and Technical Operations

• Supporting engine room operations and machinery maintenance
• Performing mechanical, welding, and repair work
• Maintaining auxiliary systems and equipment

Electrical Operations

• Maintaining vessel electrical systems and equipment
• Troubleshooting and repairing electrical faults
• Supporting automation and control systems

Medical and Catering Services

• Providing onboard medical assistance and emergency response (Medic)
• Preparing meals and maintaining galley hygiene standards (Cook / Baker)
• Maintaining cleanliness and accommodation services (Steward)

General Responsibilities

• Ensuring compliance with company HSE policies and offshore safety standards
• Maintaining proper documentation and reporting
• Working effectively within a multicultural crew

Requirements

• Valid STCW certificates relevant to the applied rank
• Valid Medical Fitness Certificate
• Valid Seaman’s Book and Passport
• Previous offshore vessel experience in the applied rank
• Previous Middle East / KSA experience preferred
• Saudi Aramco approval is highly desirable
• Strong safety awareness and professional attitude
• Ability to work in offshore and multinational environments
• Good command of English communication
