A maritime company is currently seeking qualified and experienced crew members for deployment onboard Floating Crane Vessels operating in the USA.
Selected candidates will support vessel navigation, crane and lifting operations, deck maintenance, mechanical repairs, rigging support, welding activities, and marine construction operations while ensuring compliance with maritime safety regulations and offshore operational standards.
This opportunity is ideal for maritime professionals with previous experience onboard Tug Boats, Floating Crane Vessels, or marine construction vessels.

Job Responsibilities
- Support safe vessel navigation and marine operations
- Perform lifting and crane operation activities
- Conduct deck maintenance and mooring operations
- Support rigging, welding, and repair work onboard
- Maintain engine room and electrical systems
- Ensure compliance with HSE and maritime operational procedures
- Maintain operational readiness and teamwork onboard
Requirements
- Valid STCW certification and seafarer documentation required
- Relevant Certificate of Competency (CoC) required for officer positions
- Previous experience onboard Tug Boats, Floating Crane Vessels, or marine construction vessels preferred
- Valid passport and medical certificate
- Good English communication skills
- Strong technical, operational, and teamwork abilities
- Experience in lifting operations and marine maintenance is an advantage
