WRS - Worldwide Recruitment Solutions is looking for Wind Personnel for projects worldwide. We are seeking qualified and experienced professionals across a range of roles in the offshore wind sector. Candidates must hold valid documentation and have relevant experience in offshore wind or similar renewable energy projects.

Key Responsibilities:

As per company policy and position, the main duties may include but are not limited to:

Offshore Construction Manager / Foremen:

· Management and supervision of offshore construction activities and crew
· Ensuring project milestones are met safely and efficiently

Crane Operators / Asst Crane Operators:

· Safe operation of cranes for lifting operations and equipment transfers

Riggers / Slinger / Banksman:

· Rigging and lifting operations in support of wind turbine installation and maintenance

ABs / Deckhand:

· Deck watchkeeping, mooring operations, and routine maintenance

Mechanics / Motormen / Oilers:

· Mechanical maintenance, lubrication, and repair of equipment and machinery

Wind Technician / Mechanical Technician:

· Maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of wind turbine and mechanical systems

HSE Officers / Safety Officers:

· Implementation and monitoring of HSE policies, safety inspections, and risk assessments

Campboss / Chief Steward / Steward / Chief Cook / Cook / Messman:

· Management of catering, housekeeping, and hospitality services
· Meal preparation, food stock management, and hygiene compliance

Storekeeper:

· Management of inventory, spare parts, and supplies

General Requirements (all positions):

· Valid STCW certificates as per rank (where applicable)
· Valid Medical Certificate (offshore / ENG1 or equivalent)
· Valid Seaman's Book and Passport
· Proficiency in English communication (verbal and written)
· Relevant GWO certifications (Working at Height, Sea Survival, First Aid, Fire Awareness, Manual Handling) as applicable
· Experience: Proven experience in offshore wind projects or similar renewable energy / offshore construction environments
· Availability: Must be available for projects worldwide
