Job Description
A leading offshore operator is seeking experienced crew members to join an offshore project at the Inch Cape Offshore Wind Farm (OWF) in Scotland.
The project is scheduled to operate on a 24-hour basis, with crew joining on 11 or 12 September 2026 for an approximate 10–12 day assignment.
Candidates must have the appropriate qualifications for their position and hold the legal right to work in the UK.

Job Responsibilities
As per company requirements, main duties may include but are not limited to:
- Perform assigned duties safely and efficiently onboard the project vessel
- Support offshore wind farm operations and vessel activities
- Carry out deck, mooring, maintenance, and general offshore duties as applicable
- Assist with crane-related operations and deck activities where required
- Support safe vessel operations during the 24-hour project
- Follow all HSE, safety, environmental, and vessel procedures
- Participate in toolbox talks, safety meetings, and emergency procedures
- Work effectively as part of an offshore project team
Requirements
Master
- Minimum Master 500 GT qualification
- Previous PSV / OSV / MPSV experience preferred but not essential
- Valid STCW certification and required maritime documents
- Valid Medical Fitness Certificate
- UK Right to Work required
- Available to join on 11 or 12 September 2026
Deckhand / Motorman
- Previous experience in a similar offshore position
- Motorman / EOOW candidates must be comfortable working on deck
- Must be comfortable operating around cranes
- EOOW candidates will also be considered
- Valid relevant maritime certificates
- UK Right to Work required
- Available to join on 11 or 12 September 2026
AB / Cook
- Valid AB CoC / Able Seaman qualification
- Valid Ship’s Cook qualification
- Relevant offshore or vessel experience
- Valid STCW and required maritime documents
- UK Right to Work required
- Available to join on 11 or 12 September 2026
General Requirements
- Relevant offshore / sea-going experience
- Valid certificates and maritime documents
- Valid Medical Fitness Certificate
- Good communication skills
- Strong safety awareness and teamwork skills
- Ability to work effectively in a 24-hour offshore operation
- Legal UK Right to Work
