Norwind Offshore is looking for candidates for Offshore Vessels in Norway. We are seeking qualified and motivated professionals for the positions listed below. Candidates must hold valid documentation and have relevant offshore experience.

Key Responsibilities:

As per company policy and rank, the main duties may include but are not limited to:

Captain / Chief Mate / 2nd Mate / 3rd Mate / 3rd Mate Junior:

· Safe navigation, dynamic positioning operations, and vessel management
· Compliance with all safety management systems, ISM, and client HSEQ requirements

Chief Engineer / 2nd Engineer / 3rd Engineer:

· Management of engine room operations, maintenance, and repair of propulsion and auxiliary machinery

ETO (Electro-Technical Officer) / ETR (Electro-Technical Rating):

· Maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of electrical and electronic systems

Deck Cadet / Engine Cadet / Electrician Apprentice / Deck Apprentice / Engine Apprentice:

· Training and assistance with deck, engine, or electrical department operations as per apprenticeship program

AB (Able Seaman) / OS (Ordinary Seaman):

· Deck watchkeeping, mooring operations, and routine maintenance

Gangway Operator:

· Safe operation of walk-to-work gangway systems for personnel transfer

Crane Operator:

· Safe operation of cranes for cargo handling and equipment transfers

Daughter Craft Operator:

· Operation of small daughter craft vessels for personnel and cargo transfer

General Requirements (all positions):

· Valid STCW certificates as per rank
· Valid Medical Certificate (ENG1 or equivalent)
· Valid Seaman's Book and Passport
· Proficiency in English communication (verbal and written)
· Experience: Proven experience on offshore vessels (OSV, PSV, AHTS, SOV, etc.) in a similar position
· Gangway Operator: Valid gangway operator certification required
· Crane Operator: Valid Stage 3 Crane Operator certificate required
· Daughter Craft Operator: Valid small boat handling certification required
· Nationality requirement: Must have EU/EEA working rights (due to Norway location)
