Key Responsibilities
As per company policy, the main duties may include but are not limited to:
- Ensuring safe vessel navigation and daily marine operations.
- Supervising deck, engineering, and maintenance activities.
- Operating and maintaining cranes, winches, and lifting equipment.
- Performing rigging, lifting, and cargo-handling operations.
- Conducting mechanical inspections, repairs, and preventive maintenance.
- Supporting offshore, dredging, and marine construction activities.
- Following HSE procedures and applicable maritime safety regulations.
- Working effectively with multinational vessel crews and operational teams.
Requirements
- Relevant maritime or technical experience for the applied position.
- Valid STCW certificates, where applicable.
- Valid Certificate of Competency (CoC) for officer positions.
- Relevant professional qualifications and licences for crane, winch, and rigging positions.
- Experience in offshore, dredging, inland shipping, or international shipping is an advantage.
- Good technical knowledge and practical skills relevant to the position.
- Good communication and teamwork abilities.
- Strong understanding of workplace safety and HSE requirements.
- Valid passport and medical fitness certificate, where required.
