Job Description
Nimbus Marine Group is currently seeking experienced offshore professionals to support marine construction, offshore lifting, vessel maintenance, and engineering operations on offshore projects worldwide.
Successful candidates will perform specialized engineering, lifting, crane, winch, and mechanical duties while ensuring compliance with company HSE procedures, international offshore standards, and project operational requirements.

Job Responsibilities
- Support offshore construction and maintenance projects
- Perform engineering inspections, troubleshooting, and technical support
- Operate offshore cranes and lifting equipment safely
- Conduct lifting operations according to approved lifting plans
- Operate winches during offshore installation and marine operations
- Maintain marine diesel engines and mechanical equipment
- Inspect lifting gear and report equipment defects
- Participate in toolbox talks, emergency drills, and safety meetings
- Ensure compliance with company HSE policies and offshore operational standards
- Maintain operational readiness and effective teamwork
Requirements
Field Engineer
- Engineering Degree or Diploma
- Previous experience in offshore construction or maintenance support
- Strong technical and problem-solving skills
Derrick Crane Operator
- Valid Offshore Derrick Crane Operator Certificate
- Valid Lifting Competency Certificate
- Experience in vessel or barge lifting operations
Marine Mechanic
- Previous experience with marine diesel engines
- Strong diesel engine repair and maintenance skills
Winch Operator
- Valid Winch Operation Certificate
- Valid Lifting / Rigging Certificates
- Knowledge of safe winch operations, wire ropes, lifting gear, and Safe Working Load (SWL)
- Medically fit for offshore work
Deck Crane Operator
- Valid Offshore / Deck Crane Operator Certificate
- Valid Lifting Competency Certificate
- Previous experience in marine deck lifting operations
General Requirements
- Previous offshore experience in the applied position
- Valid passport and offshore medical certificate
- Good English communication skills
- Strong safety awareness and teamwork abilities
- Required certificates relevant to the applied position
- Physically and medically fit for offshore service
