Job Description
Columbia Aurus Ship Management is currently recruiting experienced offshore personnel to join a Multi-Purpose Support Vessel (MPSV) operating on international offshore projects.
The company is seeking qualified technical, deck, lifting, and construction personnel to support offshore operations while maintaining the highest standards of safety, operational efficiency, and compliance with international offshore regulations.

Job Responsibilities
Depending on the assigned position, duties may include:
- Perform duties according to assigned position and company procedures.
- Support offshore construction, maintenance, and vessel operations.
- Supervise or participate in lifting, fabrication, mechanical, or deck activities.
- Maintain equipment, tools, and work areas in safe operating condition.
- Ensure compliance with offshore HSE policies and permit-to-work systems.
- Participate in toolbox talks, emergency drills, and safety meetings.
- Maintain operational readiness throughout the project.
- Work effectively within a multidisciplinary offshore team.
Requirements
General Requirements
- Previous offshore experience in the applied position.
- Experience onboard MPSV or similar offshore support vessels is preferred.
- Valid offshore safety certification package.
- Valid STCW certification (where applicable).
- Valid Passport and Medical Certificate.
- Good English communication skills.
- Strong safety awareness and teamwork abilities.
- Physically and medically fit for offshore work.
