• Safe navigation and operation of the vessel in domestic waters
• Compliance with maritime safety regulations and company procedures
• Watchkeeping and engine/bridge duties according to rank
• Maintenance of vessel equipment and reporting to senior officers
• Supporting efficient and safe vessel operations

• Valid STCW certificates relevant to the applied position
• Valid medical fitness certificate
• Proficiency in English communication
• Valid Philippine maritime license (as applicable: Master Mariner Limited / MAP / MDM1)
