Job Description
PT Indo Oceancrew Service is currently recruiting experienced seafarers to join an Accommodation Work Barge operating in Weda Bay, Indonesia.
The company is seeking qualified deck officers, marine engineers, and ratings with previous experience on the same or similar vessel types. Successful candidates will support safe vessel operations while ensuring compliance with international maritime regulations and company safety standards.

Job Responsibilities
Depending on rank, duties may include:
- Perform duties according to assigned rank and company procedures.
- Support safe accommodation work barge operations.
- Maintain navigational, engineering, and auxiliary systems.
- Conduct routine inspections, maintenance, and operational checks.
- Ensure compliance with SOLAS, MARPOL, STCW, ISM Code, and company HSE policies.
- Participate in emergency drills and onboard safety meetings.
- Maintain operational readiness throughout the contract.
- Work effectively within a professional multinational crew.
Requirements
General Requirements
- Certificate of Competency (COC) appropriate for the applied rank.
- Valid STCW 2010 certification package.
- All certificates and documents must remain valid for at least 2 years.
- Previous experience on the same or similar vessel type is required.
- Good English communication skills.
- Strong maritime knowledge and safety awareness.
- Valid Passport, Seaman's Book, and Medical Certificate.
- Physically and medically fit for sea service.
