General Requirements

• Relevant maritime qualifications and professional experience for the applied position
• Valid seafarer's documents and certificates
• Valid STCW certification, as applicable to the position
• Good English communication skills
• Strong interpersonal and teamwork skills
• Professional attitude and safety awareness
• Ability to work effectively in a multicultural marine environment
