OSM Thome is currently recruiting qualified and experienced offshore professionals for various offshore fleet positions worldwide. The available opportunities cover marine operations, barge operations, deck and lifting activities, electrical work, mechanical maintenance, fabrication, and general offshore construction support.

As per company policy and offshore operational requirements, the main duties may include but are not limited to:
Supporting safe and efficient offshore marine, barge, construction, and maintenance operations.
Supervising and performing assigned deck, lifting, electrical, mechanical, fabrication, and rigging activities.
Operating and maintaining relevant machinery, tools, equipment, and offshore systems.
Ensuring work is performed in accordance with company procedures, permits, and HSE requirements.
Working effectively with offshore teams to maintain safe and productive operations.
Relevant offshore experience in the applied position.
Valid STCW certificates where applicable.
Valid offshore medical fitness certificate.
Relevant trade, competency, or professional certificates for the position.
Appropriate licenses and qualifications for specialized roles.
Good English communication skills.
Strong commitment to offshore safety and HSE procedures.
Ability to work effectively as part of an international offshore team.
Availability for worldwide offshore deployment.
