Job Description:
BSM Crew Service Centre Philippines, Inc. is urgently recruiting experienced offshore personnel to join a Service Operation Vessel (SOV) with immediate deployment available.
Candidates with proven Walk-to-Work (W2W) experience are required for all listed positions. Applicants should hold valid certificates relevant to their position and be ready to work in an offshore SOV environment.

- 2nd Officer / JDPO – 2 positions
- 3rd Officer / JDPO – 2 positions
- 3rd Officer – Daughter Craft – 2 positions
- 3rd Engineer – 2 positions
- AB Gangway / Crane Operator – 2 positions
- Stage 2 Crane Certificates required

Key Responsibilities:
As per company policy, the main duties may include but are not limited to:
- Performing assigned duties safely and efficiently according to the position.
- Supporting SOV and offshore operations in accordance with company procedures.
- Carrying out navigation, DP, engineering, daughter craft, gangway, crane, and deck operations as applicable.
- Supporting safe Walk-to-Work operations and offshore personnel transfers.
- Maintaining equipment and work areas in safe and operational condition.
- Following all company HSE, emergency response, and maritime safety procedures.
Requirements:
- Previous Walk-to-Work (W2W) experience is required.
- Relevant experience in the applied position.
- Valid STCW certificates applicable to the position.
- Valid CoC/CoP and relevant endorsements, where applicable.
- DP certification appropriate to the rank, where applicable.
- For AB Gangway/Crane Operator: Stage 2 Crane Certificates required.
- Valid medical fitness certificate.
- Valid Passport and Seaman's Book.
- Good English communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a multicultural offshore environment.
- Strong safety awareness and commitment to HSE procedures.
